Vacancy: Regional Sales Manager – Mombasa
Job Description
Manage and develop the sales team
Provide input and develop, together with senior management sales strategies for growing market share, improving profitability and sales productivity
Develop business with existing and new customers, generate new markets and grow market share and value for our brands.

Provide regular reports as required by senior management on sales performance, market intelligence and trends.

Planning, management and execution of annual sales plans and execution of agreed product
  • At least a Diploma/ Higher Diploma or equivalent in Sales and Marketing or any related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior sales role in FMCG
  • Hands on experience on Merchandizing, Van sales and Key Accounts
  • The suitable candidate should be an energetic, target oriented, self-motivated individual
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and professional skill
  • Capable to lead the team well
  • Must have experience in institutional sales, event management, increase buying retailers and have a flair for analyzing market information
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have good time management skill and be able to track the clients’ supplies
  • Must have a valid driving license with experience
