Our client an international standards organization requires a Team Leader
 
Title: Field Team Leader (Kenya)
Primary Responsibilities
To carry out Field inspection on LPG facilities and report
 
Reporting Line: Project Manager
 
Specific Responsibilities
  • Deploy inspection work plans with the team
  • Ensure job card system is effective for all plant visits
  • Ensure site reports are acknowledged by the operators
  • Prepare monthly inspection performance indicators and track execution
  • Provide necessary logistics required for execution
  • Ensure safety and security of team during inspection
  • Provide summary data on monthly inspection activities
  • Compile and present team training needs that ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the field
Profile
  • University degree (Engineering)
  • Experience in petroleum facility operations or maintenance
  • Experience in inspection of petroleum facilities and equipments and in particular LPG operations
  • Hands on experience in use of structured investigation methodology e.g TaP RooT®, Tripod® etc
  • Experience in forensic auditing methodologies
