Consultancy Services for Training on Program Quality Improvement for KRCS and SR Staff
The Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) is the largest humanitarian organisation in Kenya. Its vision is to be the most effective, most trusted and self-sustaining humanitarian organisation in the country.
KRCS was appointed as the Civil Society Principal Recipient (PR) to manage resources under the Country’s Global Fund Round 10 HIV Grant. The Global Fund programme is implemented through selected civil society organizations as Sub Recipients (SRs).

As part of the grant, KRCS intends to conduct training on Program Quality Improvement Tools and Techniques for the PR and SR staff.

In this regard, KRCS invites Proposals to assist in enhancing the skills of the PR and SR staff on continuous Quality Improvement approaches and tools and thereafter introduce the use in programme monitoring and improvement.
Complete Terms of Reference in English detailing the requirements may be downloaded from the KRCS website at or can be obtained from the Supply Chain Office on normal working days between 9am to 4pm.

Separate Technical and Financial Proposals, addressed “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” sealed in one outer envelope should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the above address on or before 12.00 noon on Wednesday 16th October 2013.
